As Principal of Fleur de Sel, LLC, Caitlin provides strategic advisory services to climate startups and mission-driven organizations, drawing on her extensive background in stakeholder engagement and organizational development. Her current work centers on pioneering financial models that channel corporate capital toward community-led environmental initiatives—addressing the critical need for inclusive funding mechanisms in the climate space.

Her work consistently demonstrated how corporate resources could be strategically deployed to create meaningful community impact while advancing business objectives.

Her early work in labor rights and stakeholder engagement established her as a thought leader in connecting corporate accountability with community empowerment.

Caitlin currently serves as an advisor to Carbon GeoCapture, a carbon capture and sequestration technology company, where she focuses on integrating philanthropic capital into commercial climate solutions and evaluating carbon credit revenue models. She also advises Team NILO on leveraging storytelling to drive impact for athletes and social causes.

Her thought leadership has been featured in Stanford Social Innovation Review, NationSwell, and the Aspen Institute, with particular recognition for her work increasing girls’ participation in sports and developing equitable investment frameworks. Caitlin holds a B.A. in History from the University of Virginia and has completed executive education in Partnership Brokering and Inclusive Leadership at Northwestern University.

At Eco Equity, Caitlin’s deep understanding of ESG principles, community investment strategies, and corporate-community partnerships directly supports the organization’s commitment to justice-centered climate solutions and its goal of ensuring equitable access to clean energy transitions for all communities.
